Until now, our reports have been based on Noteworthy Insights, Milestones, and Placement Logic to keep you informed. But many of you have asked for more control—more precision in tracking exactly when your artists and tracks hit specific numbers.
That’s why we’re excited to introduce Custom Alerts, giving you the power to define the metrics and moments that matter most to you.
What Can You Monitor?
Custom Alerts puts five powerful metrics at your fingertips. Monitor any artist or track's Reach, track their Changes over time, measure growth with Percent Change, and stay updated on Playlist Adds and Removals.
- Reach – Get notified when a stat reaches your target, whether you’re tracking new achievements or maintaining benchmarks.
- Change – Monitor changes over daily, weekly, or monthly periods to understand your performance and growth
- Percent Change – Track percentage-based progress to identify trending success and rising momentum
- Specific Playlist Adds and Removals – Get instant updates when your tracks are added to or removed from your target playlists
Managing multiple artists? Create a shortlist and get notified whenever any of entity within them hits your targets.
Alert Predictions
Stay one step ahead with our prediction model. By analyzing your current trends, we estimate when you'll reach your targets. Think of it as your own crystal ball for success – we'll do the math and tell you when to expect that exciting notification, when possible.

Try out Custom Alerts today by heading to the Reports Center from the Left Navigation Menu, and then entering the Custom Alerts tab. Watch this video tutorial for more information on how to set a Custom Alert.
Tips and Tricks
- Click the Magnifying Glass Icon for quick access to Artist or Track stats page.
- Select the Swap Icon to easily swap between artists, tracks, and shortlists
- Hover over the line chart to see the values of the stat over time
- Fine-tune your alerts with decimals for percent change and precise numeric thresholds.
